The Aprons

I let the kids pick out fabrics for aprons. We had fun making them. This is the kind of project I like because you can sort of create your own pattern and it's easy to make it work! The girls helped a lot with theirs (turning things out, straight stitching), so it was their first exposure to sewing. Saxton felt very strongly that the two dragon fabrics would look good together!
