We raked a lot of leaves! We have many old trees! I'm wearing the hat my friend sent me from her mission in New York.

Cory turned 33!

And he ate his ice cream cake all by himself because he was hearkening back to the first birthday when mom just lets you attack your cake. Just kidding he shared. A little bit.

Our trip to Houston

I didn't take enough pictures of this trip, but the KOA convention was in Houston this year, and Cory and I had a lot of fun of course because it was a 5 day long date that was awesome even if we were in a few boring meetings it was still awesome and I've decided not to use finish this sentence until I'm done typing because I've made it this far and it feels like I'm holding my breath...we made some good contacts, saw crazy sights (below) okay they weren't crazy, per se, but interesting, and Cory danced with the Drum Cafe which was a really fun group who brings lots of people to the front and embarrasses them and gets paid...and Cory's mom watched the kids and every time we called to check on them she told us not to worry in a voice that says, "I've raised 6 children--go relax and have fun" and so we did, to the best of our ability :) not even going to end this sentence officially because I'm not getting graded

We saw bird flying inside an airport...I felt like I was reading "Are you My Mother" by P.D. Eastman all over again. The birds weren't getting great responses from the airport chairs...
