Our trip to Myrtle Beach

Something I highly recommend is going on a trip with your sweetheart-- sans kids! We called this our 10th anniversary trip since we will be very busy next summer when that date actually hits. What a fun time we had! I remembered how funny Cory was! We had time to talk and I didn't have to do dishes, laundry, or worry about what my children were doing-- they were safe with Grandmas! These were the first 5 days straight we have been without our kids in 8 years-- I love our little ones, but it was a very healthy marriage thing to be just US for a few days, and I wish we had done it sooner! Love you, Cory! I know the pic's on the beach are silly, but we are silly!

Some summer fun we had

What a whirlwind summer we had! Amidst the hectic life of running a campground, we would steal away to see some waterfalls, a temple, Glacier National Park. All good memories. We learned so much this summer. The main thing being that I am not ready to work outside the home! I need this time with my rapidly growing youngsters! So, things went well--as long as we were well staffed!

Ellie the Drama Queen

She'll come up with a poem, a project, a play, or a snack idea at the drop of a hat...but ask her to clean her room and you'll get a sloth like response! She is the best big sister ever!

Brinley Sue--Wonder Girl!

Laughing! Running! Jumping! Twirling! Skipping! A quick hug and then a blur... That is our Brin.

Saxton the sensitive

Our little guy loves animals, loves the first day it snows, loves to make things for people, loves to snuggle.....He just LOVES really well!
